1. How do i go about making orders for the items on sale?
- Drop us an email at dresshimup.sg@gmail.com with the product code of the item you would like to purchase and let us know when you would like to have the item by.
- Alternatively, you can drop us a comment and fill in your email so we can contact you!
2. What is the mode of payment and delivery of item?
- Strictly bank transfers only
- NO MEET-UPS
- You can choose non-registered or registered mail
3. What is the difference between "Non-registered" and "Registered" mail?
- Non-registered mail is the normal mail that you typically see get delivered to your home. The post office does not track your item, and the item is not delivered to you manually.
In the event that your postage is lost, there will be no way to retrieve or track it.
- Registered mail costs $2.24 more. However, the post office tracks your article and ensures that the whereabouts of your item is known. The item also gets sent to your doorstep.
In the event that nobody is home to pick up the item, it will be sent your nearest post office for you to pick up.
- dresshimup will not responsible for any lost articles. We strongly recommend you to choose registered mail as your mode of postage.
4. What do the statuses "PENDING" and "SOLD OUT" mean?
- A "PENDING" status indicates that someone has placed an order but has not paid. If you like the item, do express your interest so that the item will be defaulted to you should the deal fall through
- A "SOLD OUT" status indicates that there are no more in-stocks of the item. If you like the item, do express your interest. If there are enough people wanting it, we'll do backorders!
- NOTE: Backorders may be organised, but stocks are NOT GUARANTEED! Do sign up with our mailing list to receive updates about backorders and collections.
5. How can i get the complete look of your proposed image, where an item in the image is not for sale?
If you are interested, send us an email / drop us a comment regarding which of the model’s own article of clothing you’d like to know about. We will let you know where we got it from so you could get the whole look yourself.
6. I am keen to update my style but am not fashionably-savvy to do so. Will advice be provided as to what i’ll be able to pull off?
Of course. the dresshimup team could assist you in finding your fashion identity or give you simple advice on what trend you could or should be seen spotting this season. if need be, we could arrange for personal shopping sessions with you. Email us.
