New Payment Policy:
Dress Him Up will strictly NOT do meet-ups anymore. We will also NOT reserve items. We will now operate on a "First payer" basis, meaning the first buyer who pays up will get the item, regardless of the time the buyer has expressed interest in it

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
> A pre-order is the ordering of items from suppliers before they arrive

HOW DO I ORDER?
> Simply follow the same procedures as before: fill in the order form with all the necessary details and wait for us to hit you back with an invoice. You will have to make payment first, as with our previous collections.

HOW LONG WOULD I HAVE TO WAIT?
> Because your items are shipped from Korea / Japan, it will take approximately 2 weeks from the date the pre-order closes. Your order will only be confirmed if your payment is received before the pre-order closes.

WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY?
> All items are screened by us before we sell it to you. Unlike other pre-order shops out there, we've taken the liberty to order the items beforehand to ensure that it fits our models, and therefore, will fit you!

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
> There will be strictly NO refunds/exchanges as we will post up all the measurements. We advise that you ask all the necessary questions before making your decision to buy a product.

We also will be absorbing some of the costs for registered articles to encourage the use of registered mail. Lost mail is very real and we hope to bring down the number!

Registered mail is now charged at an additional $2.00 instead of $2.24

NOTE: Dear Customers: It has come to our attention that one of our Tshirts (T038), has an inspired design from the Threadless website. We wish to clarify that in NO WAY have we procured the designs ourselves for our own profit; we bought the tees from a supplier and we had no knowledge of it being a Threadless design.

We have put up the words "Threadless inspired" in the picture description, for our customers' attention. We will also be offering full refunds to customers who have bought the tee but feel short-changed.

We would also like to express our regret at the turn of events and assure our customers that we are not associated selling with fake/pirated goods.

We will refrain from purchasing from the same supplier and we will work more diligently to screen all of our T-shirt designs to ensure that they are not copied designs.
